Terms of Service

The terms for using this website and the general basis of our SEO engagements, including why no one can guarantee rankings.

Last updated: September 27, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the FluxSEO Pro website and set out the general basis on which we provide services. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

"FluxSEO Pro", "we" and "us" refer to FluxSEO Pro, a remote-first SEO agency based in Pakistan. "You" refers to anyone using the website or engaging our services.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation, or infringes anyone's rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, our internal login area or any connected systems.
  • Interfere with the website's operation, including by introducing malware or placing an unreasonable load on its infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms, or use them to send spam.
  • Copy or republish substantial parts of the website's content for commercial purposes without our permission.

3. Information on this website

The content on this website, including our blog, guides and service descriptions, is provided for general information. It is not tailored advice for your business, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice specific to your situation.

We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but search engines and AI platforms change frequently, and we do not warrant that every statement on the website is complete, current or error-free.

4. Our services and engagements

Enquiring through this website, requesting a proposal or booking a call does not create a contract. Every client engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment terms, term and termination.

If anything in a signed proposal or agreement conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement takes priority for that engagement.

Our work often depends on things you control, such as timely access to your website, analytics and accounts, approvals, accurate information and implementation by your own team or other suppliers. Delays or changes on your side can affect timelines and results.

For paid advertising services, advertising spend is paid to the relevant platform (for example Google) and is separate from our management fees unless your agreement says otherwise.

5. No guarantee of rankings or results

We do not and cannot guarantee any specific search engine ranking, position, traffic level, AI citation, lead volume, revenue or other result.

Search engines and AI answer engines are operated by third parties such as Google, Microsoft and OpenAI. Their algorithms, ranking systems and policies are outside our control and change often, sometimes without notice. Competitors' activity and your market also affect results. As Google's own guidance puts it, no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.

Timelines and outcomes described on this website, in proposals or in conversation are good-faith estimates based on experience, not promises. Case studies describe results achieved for specific clients in specific circumstances and do not guarantee similar results for you.

What we do commit to is set out in your agreement: the work we will carry out, how we will carry it out, and how we will report on it.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and graphics on this website belong to FluxSEO Pro or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce substantial parts of the website without our written permission.

Ownership of deliverables created for clients is set out in each client agreement. Third-party trademarks and logos shown on this website belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party links and platforms

This website may link to third-party websites and platforms, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and linking to them does not mean we endorse them.

8. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about the website that are not expressly stated in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Liability in connection with client services is governed by the relevant client agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data you submit through this website is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless a client agreement specifies otherwise or mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring proceedings there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
