How we work
We don't hand clients from a senior pitch team to a junior delivery team. Whoever audits a site keeps working on it, so you'll own real client relationships and see the long-term results of your decisions.
Our work covers Google rankings and the map pack, but also Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. You'll work on Answer and Generative Engine Optimization, not only a checklist of on-page fixes.
We work with businesses in 12 countries, from the USA and UK to the UAE, Singapore and Australia, mostly remotely. That means clear written updates, plain-English monthly reports, and some calls that fit the client's working day rather than ours.

What we look for
You don’t need all of these. Be very good at one or two, and care about the rest.
You can find why pages aren't indexed using Search Console, a crawler and server logs, and write a fix a developer can ship without a meeting.
You write answer-first content that is accurate and sourced, and you can turn a client expert's knowledge into pages that AI answers cite.
You find a story in a client's data or expertise and pitch it to journalists who actually cover that topic, instead of mass outreach.
You back recommendations with data, say "I don't know yet, let's test it" when that's true, and never promise rankings.
Most of our client communication is written. You can explain a technical problem to a business owner in a short, plain paragraph.
You follow a task through to the result, flag problems early, and would rather keep one client for years than win and lose ten.
